I have just recently come across and used 'Select Agencies', and what an absolute pleasure it was to work with them.
I'm an experienced landlord and have worked with a huge range of agencies over my years in property, but never one as friendly and with such great service.
I recently used them to sell a property, and not only did they manage to find me three buyers in the first week but they actually achieved offers above the asking price. Needless to say the property sailed through with no problems. It was extremely reassuring to put my trust in the agency, and relax knowing that they would take care of the entire process and manage it correctly from start to finish. I was also impressed with how upfront and honest they were, never keeping me in the dark about issues and continually keeping me up to date. It was an extremely reassuring hassle free process, with contingencies in place.
I haven't sold a property since but will now only consider using this agency, due to the impeccable service I received. They were also very competitive on fees and would go the extra mile to make sure I was happy, sometimes even helping me out of hours.
The agent who looked after my sale 'Andy Panteli', really went the extra mile. His friendly professional attitude made it a pleasure to do business, and he would always put himself out to make sure the sale was going through as best it could, in order to not only look after my needs but the needs of the buyer, often taking calls and answering emails outside work hours. I've never come across an agent who would put them self out like this but it certainly reassured me through the selling process and allowed the property to go through in no time. I was particularly impressed with his speed and level of competence. He could have easily just got me the asking prices on the property I wanted but demonstrated why my property was worth more, then actually went out and got offers above the asking price!!!
Next time I need to buy, sell or rent a property, I will only consider using the 'Select Agency', as the service I received was second to none, and I have not had this experience this from any other agency in the area.

As a landlord who uses there service I can agree with you that they do not give you money that you are owed, I am still waiting for my TDS settlement, and my 1st months rent less fee from the current tenants. The owner lies about you owing money to them. This was my mother's house and in probate he had to wait to be paid.
