It took a while to get an offer in on my property for a variety of reasons but I understood the reasoning KFH offered for marketing it in the way they did, it was just the usual time/stress associated with a sale. When Chris secured an offer he then kicked in as the agent handling everything as up to then a few of the agents at KFH had been handling viewings and I didn't really know who was in charge. From that offer moment onwards however, Chris was excellent to deal with, always cheerful the phone and a generally excellent communicator which is all one can ask for really. He kept on top of both sides. My solicitor even remarked how good he was in comparison to many other agents. Very happy overall with his help and service and would definitely want to use him again in the future.
Comment on agent fees
Stupidly high initial valuation and could have done with more advice on preparing the property for market in the early stages, something that I then opted to do myself anyway. That said, property achieved final sale price well above the estimations of the other estate agents who we asked to quote so KFH really paid for themselves.
