I agree when it comes to dealing with tennants. I had a flood from the upstairs flat over 7years ago whilst i was away at xmas the flat i reside in has never been repaired.when trying to contact the office its impossible to get a response. U are put on call waiting and no reply. Not a good look really.
What agent could do to change your mind?
As ive pointed out the service thats given is not good and tennants are not looked after at all. The phone number supplied just rings and is never answered. No answer phone in place to leave any messages either.

Some of the employees of Sadlers are rude, offensive, obnoxious, and those are just their good points. I own my own property, but unfortunately Sadlers is the management agent. They are never willing to listen, and are totally unhelpful....

Totally agree. I wonder if all the residents can agree and change the management company. I am very unhappy with the service but they are quick to cash my cheques!!!!! :-( ...
