I had the misfortune to encounter this 'Boutique' agency late 2014 when putting a seven bedroom home on the market. Adjectives that spring to mind are;amateurish, conceited, unprofessional, rude, distant and displaying less integrity than the usual estate agent! (yes, that bad!) - Reach an agreement Ms Cassidy - and sit back and wait to see how long it is before she reneges on that agreement. Needless to say, we engaged another, more reputable and professional agency.
