I had a very good experience with Haart. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. All I can say is that they are great with what they do. They answered all my queries from my first point of contact through to moving in and even after the move. I realized their phone sometimes it goes through to the head office if they are busy but if you leave a message, they always ring you back. I've dealt with other estate agents in the past and I think they are the best one for me. Their customer service is great and I will always use them.

Unfortunately this sounds very similar to our situation as landlords through Haart. Our inventory clerk missed major damage from his report. The deposit claim went to the TDS and based everything on the inventory report. The damages not awarded amount to around £2k! We weren't given any TDS reference or opportunity to see what was submitted - almost like Haart were covering their tracks. Absolutely shameful. ...
