We have recently bought a home in Knutsford,our first contact was with a lady called Barbara who showed us around several properties that the branch considered might be suitable for us.
The following day we made contact with Claire at the Knutsford branch who was able to answer some initial queries relating to some of the properties we had viewed.
We arranged a second viewing with Judith and following on from that we called into the branch to put an offer in the the property,it was at this stage we met Jackie Quantrill, we put in our offer to her and from then on she took over the sale acting as our agent and liaising with us and the vendor.
From this point onwards we were in the hands of Meller Braggins Knutsford.
Everything that happened from then on ran very smoothly,every e-mail was replied to and all phone calls returned very promptly by Jackie.
House moving can be a very stressful business but in our case everything was dealt with very professionally from start to finish,Jackie was extremely helpful and her advice about solicitors etc made the job extremely straightforward and we were left with nothing to worry about.
The branch should be commended for the slick way in which our sale was conducted,we can highly recommended them to anybody looking to purchase a home in the area.
