They are money grabbing sods I am sick of them they wudnt no excellent customer service if it hit them in the face. I have many repairs which haven't been completed one is there is a crack down the door frame of my 23 month old sons door and the door could easily fall off they need to bool there ideas up and stop ripping people off they are money grabbers plz for ur own sake steer clear

Hi Lauren,
We are sorry you feel this way however please see below explanations;
1) License to rent property - This was a new regulation that came in to place and after speaking to the council they admitted their fault as they had not made us aware of this. This was rectified and the license was not needed in the end.
2) A section 21 was served as the landlord has withdrawn the property, no explanation is needed for the notice of a section 21 and this was served prior to the end of your tenancy to which you have not taken notice to and court procedures have had to take place because of your refusal to leave the property.
3) As procedure maintenance works are reported to your landlord and an inspection then took place to inspect the issues you had within the property. Which led to the property been deemed unfit for human habitation due to the severe uncleanliness.
4) Fees - We have set fees which remain the same for each rental property throughout the agreement,
5) Money - The payments that are received for rent are from Housing Benefit which has a shortfall which you have refused to pay throughout your tenancy leading to Urban Bases being the ones to be left out of pocket.

Landlords be aware and don't go anywhere near this estate agency. I let out a property via them for over 7 years (to the same tenant) and during that period of time they only carried out half a dozen inspections when they should have carried out 28. ...

If they had given us a fair chance to rent the property. They assisted the other couple in forwarding their email to the landlords and did not ask us if we wanted to pay more despite knowing the other couple had offered to.
