They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. They are totally incompetent when it comes to organising any maintenance or repair work. In the entire 6 months I rented a property, despite numerous emails and phone calls from me, simple maintenance tasks were not carried out, some of which, I pointed out, were hazardous to my infant son. I was told by one employee that we were just going to have to deal with the infestation of slugs that would invade the house each and every night. That, or put poison down. Poison on the floor of a house inhabited by a 1 year old and a dog? I don’t think so.
It took well over a month for my deposit to be returned to me, despite the property being in a better condition than when we took it on, no thanks to Fulfords or their maintenance contractors. It took nearly two months for our overpaid rent to be returned, despite what became daily phone calls chasing the money.
Totally useless and beyond frustrating. I will never, ever deal with them ever again.And several of my unfortunate colleagues that have had similar experiences concur.
