CP Bigwood are easily one of the worst companies I have ever had the mis-fortune of dealing with. I have been trying for over 3 months to get some very basic ground maintenance conducted which should have been a matter of routine. I have constantly been lied to about this being done and on one occasion was informed it had been despite me being at the property at the time.
I escalated the issue to a manager who was equally poor at answering emails, phone calls and again left me doing all the chasing.
They are a company with no regard for customer service and appear to be able to charge whatever they wish and whenever I have queried the outrageous mark up they place on their "management fee" (they charge £360 to manage a service that costs £50 by their own admission) I am simply told
"The charges are set for management fees by the board of partners on what they feel is reasonable, in requirements of the management of the estate.
The costs of our management fee has not increased for the previous and next financial year. "
I find it extremely hard to understand how this is justified and will be seeking legal advice as to if/how they can be removed by the residents as I am aware there are many others on the estate who feel they have set completely unreasonable fees and currently answer to no one.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be transparent with their charges. i.e - explain how a management fee is calculated based on the cost of the service
Do what they say they will do - very simple premise

Yes
Can you send me the details of the head of customer service, as I feel I am getting nowhere currently and would really appreciate a resolution to what should be a very simple problem to rectify.
Many Thanks
Chris.
