I have dealt with Prospect before, and once again found them to be excellent. They showed flexibility in collecting the key for my flat when I was unable to pick it up, and then were prompt in meeting me at the property. They organised a number of viewings, and found a tenant (for the asking price), within 2 days. I have not had any problems with the tenants that have been arranged by Prospect, and have not had void periods of more than a couple of days. I plan to continue using Prospect, providing this level of customer service is kept up.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
