1st time, I was a bit sceptical. As Im not an internet fan person.
But when I saw a big difference selling your property on line compare to the traditional estate agent.
The good thing is you show the house and you can sell it better than someone from a estate agent, as they only care about their commission, they don't know if you have sun in your house or if its made of wood or brick your chimney, just sit at the office looking at their "Facebook" when customers are not around.
But in Emoov, the team are very friendly, starting from the sales department, who call you giving you the appointments/date and hours of the future buyers. If some hours you were not happy to show the house they were really approachable and flexible.
Once the sale was accepted, I started dealing with Ryan and Jessica, very friendly and polite, during the sales we build a professional relationship, keeping me updated, and giving me advice, if we can get a bit more from the buyer, and the other buyers in which stage were they, like buy to let or moving on the ladder.
I did talked to other members of the team, but with Ryan I did get along, talking things about my job as Im a cabin crew, so I do know the customer services business very well, even in my opinion I have to deal face to face, compare to them is behind a phone.
Every time if they were any issue, or doubt, or if the buyer wanted to ask sometimes very silly/odd questions. Ryan was calling me or sending me an email.
Unfortunately things could happen, like the buyers solicitors didn't make the transfer on time, so I had to book 2 removals in less than one week.
But that's nothing to do with emoov, but Ryan was supportive when we had to call the buyer to chase her solicitor even she didn't understand the issues, maybe being a 1st time buyer and English wasn't her first language.
I have recommend to my neighbours and friends to contact emoov, don't know when I will make a future sale, but I will request your company to sell my new home.
The ladies who does the contact between the future buyers and the vendor, was friendly, professional and polite.
I hope to find people like Ryan outside of the customer service field, he is a very young person, he will be one of the best in his team when he reaches my age with the experience he has already got, I wish him all the best.
Once again, thank you for selling my house in a very short time.

Comment on agent fees
The person who come to give the value of the property wasn't very good.
He was professional in taking the pictures but I had to call the estate agent to give a better description of the house to make it much more attractive to sell, as end of the day, an estate agent they want to sell a house!
As the house went over the asking price, I could have put my house "offers in excess" instead of recommend/asking price.
As 2 buyers went over the asking price.
