They have done irrevocable damage to the marketing of our plot and after all of their mistakes, mess ups and failings have now said our comments are harsh and unjustified.

We have had to continuously chase them for things that should have been done when the contract specifies! The 6 week review was completely voided as we'd met with Martin at 4 weeks as we were initially displeased with the advert and wanted to revise it. We asked for the changes to be made, which were not, we asked him to remove directions and base the views on bookings, which again, he did not.

The actual advert itself was terrible, with a video linking to another property advert instead of details on our plot. Martin took snap shots originally for reference and promised to return to take better pictures to be able to market the plot to its fullest potential, which he over estimated anyway.
We requested the advert be changed on more than one occasion as the text had no structure and he'd just copy and pasted council emails, with no indication or prelude as to what they were regarding. It was a complete shambles!

We were promised drawings of the prospective plot design in the first week, which never came to fruition, even after being chased umpteen times. We were sent another customers viewing list, which may possibly breach their data protection policy - if they even have one - and many more issues we've tried to deal with, where they have either ignored the points or dismissed them. Finally, we were promised a list of whom Martin had contacted upon the contract finish, which we still have not received and nor does it look like they have had any intention of sending it over.

They're the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Avoid at all costs!! Terrible.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent couldn't really do much worse in my opinion. We've spoken to other agents who have advised Locations position on the market as being a laughing stock.

The fees were initially very reasonable, but for a 14 week contract, where most contract run for 6-8 weeks. No fees were paid as they failed to sell the plot, but they have done irrevocable damage in the future marketing of the property.
