We have received very efficient service from Prospect, who have found a tenant for us very quickly, and at an excellent rental figure.
Comment on agent fees
On the high side, but as their valuation was higher than several other local agents, and they have achieved this, the nett figure we receive will be better.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care! Would not recommend them as estate agents! Avoid!!! ...
