we were very happy in our dealings with Bacon & Co. After an initially slow start on the property, the sales team were reactive and reassesed their sales strategy. This involved looking at the marketing and sale price. once these changes were implemented, more viewings came in and so did the offers. In the end we had 2 sets of offers coming in, resulting in a final sale price well above our expectations. This was in no small part due to the work Tobie at Bacon & Co did for us and subsequently, allowed us to be able to buy our dream home
