Avoid, avoid avoid !!!

The worst agent I have ever came across and been letting properties for almost 10 years:
- any form of communication was sent in a form of a threat,
- allowing Landlord's visit without tenant's permission, while I was away,
- still waiting any information regarding deposit refund - been over a month since moved out
- staff very impolite towards tenants*
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing, they are just useless all the way.
