Haart's property management dept is abysmal. I endured endless aggravation trying to get issues resolved. Two months to replace a dishwasher; a month to replace a washer/dryer; six months of ongoing boiler issues. All due to Haart failing to respond to contractors assigned to carry out the repairs with costs to complete largely ignored. Absolutely dismal!!
When it came time to work through the return of my deposit, the integrity by which they worked through it was atrocious. It took them 6 weeks to finally inform me what the deductions would be and a further 2 weeks before I finally received part of my deposit back. Keep in mind the tenancy agreement clearly states, 10 days to inform the tennant of what deductions if any were to be taken out.
The branch manager where I signed my lease, works with the highest integrity and understands what service is all about. If it wasn't for him, the undue stress and aggravation I was put through, would undoubtedly have continued.
Avoid them unless you are prepared to be dealt with by deceit and atrocious customer service. Google Haart reviews and read all the negative feedback they receive on other review sites. Like this one, I was not surprised to read complaints of similar issues like the ones I endured.
Haart is an organisation that needs to look within itself in understanding it's severe shortcomings.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Zero value paid!! Should have researched them before letting a property through them.
