Fantastic agency, would highly recommend the St Budeaux branch.
We met with a the local agencies but only felt truly comfortable with Fulfords. Emma offered some great advice which was both appreciated and needed. This resulted in us selling our home within 5 days of it going on the market.
Throughout the entire process the team, in particular Emma and Heleney, have been supportive, helpful and honest. Communication has been fantastic, we couldn't ask for more.
We would not hesitate to use them again.

Thank You for your feedback above, I would like to say that within the time this house was on the market with Fulfords regular updates were provided by the team including visits to the property myself to retake photos and to discuss ways to try to generate more interest. The property was of course matched and emailed to many prospective purchasers with follow up calls to try and book viewings, sadly no one booked a viewing on this property.
