This company is not a estate agent, it's more like a aggressive direct sales company. Basically if you don't take your mortgage out with them, forget any house you see advertised by them. They are not interested in you. Their constant repetitive hard sell for their own mortgages makes them sound like a stuck record. I made a offer on a house, but someone made a higher offer. They rang me to tell me. Ok, fair enough. But then they rang again asking if I wanted to put in a higher offer. I didn't realize that this was auction!!!! Then they rang me and told me I had to come down and sit in front of their mortgage advisor to prove my deposit, mortgage. They are a JOKE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ESTATE AGENT.

Terrible communication. Customer service is non existent. Never keeps you updated (the customer has to do all the chasing and they never call you back). I would never recommend Connells in Yeovil, use a different agent or branch....
