These guys have the customer service style of a vulture. Our property is listed with another agent and we are deliberately seeking a full price rather than a quick sale. We are being bombarded by personalised letters from Dexters asking us to consider using them. Despite my having put a note through the door asking them to stop, they have persisted with this unsolicited correspondence. If they are going to pay so little attention to customer presferences I have no interest in choosing them, I am not going to deal with a company that is irritating me.
