Anita was responding to some maintenance issues that had arisen when our tenants moved in to the property. She phoned, and followed this up with an email, to detail the problems, and to suggest what could be done. As soon as we had agreed a course of action, she immediately got on to a contractor, whose response was also swift. She emailed me his quote, accompanied by photos of the problem areas, and I was able to give the go-ahead to the work straight away. The tenant subsequently asked Bradleys to pass on her thanks to me that the work had been done so quickly. I felt Anita deserved the thanks!
I found Anita's phone calls and emails to be cheerful, clear, helpful and to the point, and was impressed with the speed and efficiency with which she acted to get matters dealt with.

Dear Deborah, thank you for taking the time to write a review, all feedback enables us to improve our service, something that we take very seriously. It appears by the vast notes on our computer system that it has taken some time due to having to get quotes for the repairs.
