Answered our questions efficiently and liaised promptly with the Landlord to gain answers where necessary. Very pleasant to deal with.
My only criticism is that as first time tenants we were not well informed of the complete rental process. Apparently there's an assumption that prospective tenants are on the move from one rental to another and know exactly how the system works. The problem for me was not being informed from early on in the process that, for example we're allocated a property manager who sorts utility billing info and whatever else. Unless you ask certain questions in advance you're not informed of this person until signing for the keys on day one of the tenancy which is too late, there's information you want to know before then. We needed to know when the property was built for insurance purposes, if this is a standard request by insurers it should be known info to the agents and given without having to ask - just a small example. I believe there's some sort of tenants information pack being put together at the moment which will be really helpful.

Comment on agent fees
900pm is a bit much for this property. Advertised as three bedrooms but should be two as absolutely no storage/cupboard space as it stands. Garden shabby, admittedly tidied up a bit before agreement signed. Was reduced from 1000 which was definitely too high.
