We decided to use Preston Baker (York Office) after seeing three Estate Agents in total. Our decision to go with them was based on the presentation delivered by Jodie, which was professional and very clear. Although we didn't have that much success with the Open Day which was the promotion to invite as many prospective buyers around on the same day to view the property, nevertheless it still found the eventual buyer and I guess that's all it needs.

The whole experience with Preston Baker was from start to finish very good indeed. Although the process dragged on for a lot longer than we anticipated, this was in no way any fault of theirs. Both Helen and Karen were fantastic at all times, and very helpful when things were getting a little stressful! In fact the whole office at York were great and always made you feel that your sale was important, and no matter who you spoke to in Karen or Helen's absence, you had their full attention.

The support and professional care that we received was worth every penny we payed them on completion of our sale/purchase. It may have been more expensive that the other quotes we received, but in the end you get what you pay for, an excellent all round service.

Thank you Preston Baker for a great selling experience.

As outlined in my main comments, the agents fees reflected the level of professionalism and care we received at all times. The overall experience was worth every penny. A dedicated team who all work towards ensuring that you receive the care and advice you expect during this stressful time of moving home.
