Prospective renters with this agent please beware!
We arrived for a viewing at a property to find Richard Candy fumbling with the keys saying he couldn't enter the property. This continued until three prospective clients were queuing to enter the property. The landlord then arrived and miracuously we could enter!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
