Bairstow Eves Estate Agents and Letting Agents Property management for East Croydon branch (@ Bracknell) are the worst people. There is a lady who always picks up the phone and I will say she is beyond imagination. I have never come across a human being who is so rude and inconsiderate!!!
People like her donâ‚€‚â„¢t deserve to work in customer service industry. I have currently moved into a 1 bed room flat around Croydon and ever since I have moved in there hasnâ‚€‚â„¢t been any heating or hot waterâ‚€¦..which means I have to use the kettle to boil water to bath. The place is a little on the Hill and very cold at night.
I rang my agent who had to chase up to get someone to sort it out for me. He wasnâ‚€‚â„¢t in much control which I perfectly understand.
However, this lady at the property management team had to organise for someone to come over to fix the central heater and that was a nightmare as this lady doesnâ‚€‚â„¢t think it is even cold enough to make a claim or send someone urgently to come and fix the heating issues after I have slept in it for days. I was wondering why people are so cruel and inconsiderateâ‚€¦.!!! I had to pay for another plumber to come and fix on my own cost and what she could say was â‚€‚Å“oh you could get in trouble for doing that₀₀¦â‚€¦is she even serious? So I should stay in the cold and get sick whilst she sleeps and wakes up warm everyday in her home. I wonder why people are like that
