We were initially a bit hesitant about using an online agent to sell our property, but after reading some of the reviews, we decided to appoint eMoov and we're very glad we did. We went for the £595 upfront package, which equated to a saving of around £3000 for us in estate agents fees. Again, we were hesitant about using an online company to whom we paid our fees up front, but I'm pleased to say that we were really happy with the level of customer service we received from eMoov throughout the process. They kept us posted as soon as potential buyers were interested and were prompt in scheduling appointments for us.

Given the popularity these days of online databases such as Zoopla and Rightmove, the fact that our property was listed on both of these two sites was a massive bonus and we actually received our first call for a viewing less than an hour after putting our property online with eMoov. We sold it in just over two weeks to cash buyers who found it online and we finally moved around three and a half months later.

EMoov were fantastic throughout the process. They were very good before we'd agreed the sale; prompt, efficient, professional and very friendly. And once the sale had been agreed, we were very happy with the service we received from Louise and Molly in pushing through our sale. Our move was complicated and quite stressful (due to solicitors, not estate agents!), but Louise was great at pushing things through for us and staying on the case. As we got closer to exchange, Louise prioritised our case, which we were extremely grateful for given all the problems we'd had with the vendor, and she went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, we're therefore very satisfied with the service we received from eMoov; they are friendly, organised and very professional, and we would most certainly use them again when we next move. We have also recommended them to friends and I'd like to personally take this opportunity to say a very sincere thank you to Louise, Molly and the rest of the team who we dealt with for all of their help and support throughout the process. We literally couldn't have done it without you, so thank you!

Outstanding value for money for the service received and we're so glad we used eMoov instead of a traditional high street agent; it saved us a lot of money, but without compromising on customer service!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
