I wish I had seen the reviews but it as part of a group so I didn't. Worst company ever!
Not only did the listing lie about a dishwasher, when we got to the property, they obviously hadn't checked over anything!!
Furniture was broken, mould everywhere (even to the point of a major fire hazard and they only dealt with it because the council slapped them on the wrist), boilers leaking.
I'd also make sure they redecorate and check everything over as they told us they charged the last tenants for 'fixing' things but obviously this is how they earn their wage

We are disappointed to read your comments and we apologise for your experience. We are aware of the circumstances of your situation but want to stress that the problem wasn't structural.
Our contractors did attend the property when the leak was reported but were denied entry by yourself until after the council had visited. Unfortunately this took a month, in which time the problem had worsened.

We're disappointed to hear this tenant felt they had such a negative experience with us.
It's hard to give a personal and full response to this tenant as we are unable to identify them from the comments left. All we can do is apologise if the feel they didn't get the service they expected and use the feedback to improve our service in the future.

We are fully aware of this tenant's experience and we've spent a lot of time handling this case.
We're sorry that she feels she had such poor service from us but as far as we are concerned, all protcol was followed and the necessary steps were taken with regards to maintenance issues, the check-out process and deposit dispute.
