I have been dealing with Country Properties for the last three years. Initially with the Baldock lettings office but over the past 2 years the Hitchin branch. I started renting my current flat and dealt with Sabine (currently on maternity leave). Nothing was ever too much trouble for Sabine and was always extremely helpful at all times! This year I was given the opportunity to purchase the flat and started quite a tricky process due to the age of the flat (under 2 yrs) and the fact that this would be a second mortgage for me. Jan Howard was my contact and was always on hand to support, assist and ultimately close out the deal. Jan was efficient and super helpful at all times, I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending both the lettings and also the sales side of CP Hitchin. I should also mention Pam Dewhurst who was part of the initial process, introducing me to the flat in the first place!
