Village Estates sold the property for us and we moved about two weeks ago, The staff were all excellent. They kept us up to date every step of the way, making the process as pain free as possible. Charlie took some great pictures which showed the property off to its best advantage and encouraged lots of people to view. We had over 20 people booked for the open day, followed by 8 offers, and accepted one from a first time buyer. Liz, the sales progressor, was tireless in working to resolve issues and get exchange and completion dates agreed. No easy task as not all the agents in the chain seemed anywhere near as committed or efficient! We would definitely use Village Estates again.
