When we first met with Aaron, it felt like a positive experience, but throughout my tenancy I feel that Leaders have proved their ineptitude many times over. They didn't have keys cut for themselves, and requested that we get some cut, which we did on the proviso that we provide a receipt and would be reimbursed. We did so approximately 10 months ago, and still have not received any money. Even with this set of keys, they still couldn't open the front door and requested that someone be present at the property for their tri-annual house inspections (which always take place during office hours). Despite acting as 'agents', we have had to contact the landlord directly on several occasions, and have been misinformed on several occasions when contacting them for advice. For example, the fees they charge seem to change on a whim, and after finding discrepancies in their contracts, they have admitted that some aspects are incorrect. After stating they do not do change over contracts, they changed their mind, and said they would oblige and all it would cost us is £660 (admin fees to change one name, nothing to do with a deposit). I feel they do very little, are very unhelpful, and definitely do not warrant the extortionate fees they charge.
