We were very pleased with Carsons and their support in selling our house. The production of a brochure and the posting of details on the portals was done quickly and professionally. More important, however, was the response when things when wrong (nothing to do with Carsons); the team responded very quickly and resolved things in no time. The whole team was very helpful, unfailingly cheerful and responsive. Most of our contact was with Adele Grimmer, who was professional, helpful and charming throughout.

The vendor wasn't happy with my first two offers, so I had to increase it twice until they accepted. There was another buyer interested that also offered on the property. I really wanted it and Rob helped me to secure the property. I'm still getting a good deal, so I'm happy.
