I have dealt with Connells Lettings in Christchurch, who I hear have only very recently opened. I would like to say how amazed I am at the service myself and my partner have received already. Both of the lads in the office are extremely attentive and have such great communication skills (this has not been prevalent with other agents in the area). Both Daniel and George acted very quickly in finding me the right tenants for my property with no fuss at all. They were both extremely keen and well informed during the valuation or during any viewings. This has made negotiations with Connells about prospective tenants 'a breeze'. I have been kept informed at all times during the tenancy as to what is happening with our property. I must say it really does feel reassuring having Connells deal with my property and would suggest to anybody to use them when possible.

I feel the fees Connells ask for are extremely just and fair. I had other agents offer me cut price fees to compete with Connells but, I feel with the service given the fees are at an extremely generous rate!
