Both Warren and Stuart were very helpful all the way through the sale of the property keeping us informed of developments, people who were interested in buying; and trends in the market prices in the area that would affect our sale price; we took the property off the market and rented it out through Warren's; and 12 months later we put the property back on the market; they were very good at steering the right kind of people that would be interested in our property; and so we managed to sell at the second go; we got a very good deal for the cost of selling the property. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone that asks about an estate agent.
Comment on agent fees
Warren's gave us a very good deal with the fees, they didn't charge us any more even though we took the property off the market and rented it out for 12 months before putting it on the market again. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone that asks about an estate agent.
