We have used Warrens a number of times over the last ten years for both selling and letting/management of our properties. Warren and Stuart have always been on hand with the personal touch and at the time offered the best photography and Rightmove placements, and I'm sure still do. For lettings we literally had tenants lined up the day after marketing, and for selling we had a qualified buyer with a very decent offer within weeks.
We always recommend Warrens to friends when we hear of issues with various other agents, and still see plenty of their boards going up with Sold signs across them.
