If you would like to have constant problems let house from this company. I guarantee that you will live in hell. I have enough them constant harassment and sent my complain to Ombudsmen. You feel like you leave in prison with highly controlled guards. Making photos from outside house without my knowledge, sending people to check if grass was cutted without any announcement. I really had enough I'm working very had to pay my rental and keep everything in place. Ibut when I need help because still front and back doors are not fixed, you can dance on toilet as is not fixed to the floor they ignore you. Go far away from them! Don't enjoy any longer living in this house and overwhelmed but Frank nines behaviour.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Branch manager should act in a professional manner at all times and not resort to bully boy tactics to attain monies that have not been earned. The Agents complaints procedure requires a radical overhaul as the 'customer' was left with questions completely unanswered..... primarily, how can an investigation into a complaint be carried out by the very individual that is directly involved in the complaint.Attached Filesnbsp;
