This is the WORST AGENCY I have ever dealt with! Apart from the fact tat they charge you a fortune for reference, admin etc fees they do not care AT ALL if you have any issues with the house. We had mice and mold issues in the property even though we were two girls cleaning the flat every day. When we reported the issues to the agency they told us that we are responsible for the mice and mold and that they can arrange for us to bring contractors but we will have to pay the full costs. Completely UNACCEPTABLE! We vacated the property 2 months and we thought that we are done with them but no... We received 15 days ago all the costs that they are charging us which were completely illegal, for example IKEA light which costs 5£ and they were charging us 20£ plus VAT!!! We raised the dispute to TDS and based on the contract agreement they need to return the undisputed amount within 10 working days which they have not. I really don't know how this agency still has a license! I will raise the issue with TDS and we will definitely get them to court! The agency just wants to steel our money but we are not going to leave it like this. PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENCY NEVER!!!
