Really poor service. This company is very poor at communicating, I have had to do a lot of work in chasing up issues. The company has very low standards, my property was allowed to fall into an appealing state but they believe it's ok. Property management service is negligent and does not protect the landlords interests. Maintenance work authorised by the company is also poor.
