A truly lovely, highly efficient and knowledgeable team who guided me effortlessly through the transition from homeowner to landlord.
An estate agent who really does know the market and managed to market, secure the perfect tenant at the top end of my rental range and all done within 4 days of taking my property on; brilliant.
Apart from having nothing but praise for this team, there is one thing I particularly appreciate and that is they answer all their calls in person – a lot of estate agents rely on answering machines, which is fine if they then take the trouble to return your call but unfortunately most don't . So well done to Country Properties of Hitchin for not only answering all your calls but doing so in such a cheerful manner as well.
County Properties in Hitchin now fully manage my property, I have no worries as I know my property and tenants are in safe hands.
I highly recommend County Properties, Brand Street, Hitchin and can't thank them enough for everything they are doing for me.
