Elizabeth guided us around a number of properties, including ones she thought would interest us, and was an absolute fount of knowledge about the properties, reasons for sale, prospects, potential for development and overall marketability. No fuss, no flannel, just an expert knowledge on the property, sellers and the area that was invaluable to us and which has proven to be 100% accurate time and time again. Estate agents don't come high on most people's list for openness and honesty but Elizabeth is a magnificent exception. Its scary buying a second property to use as a holiday let but Elizabeth made our decision easier with expert guidance.
Charlotte took over where Elizabeth left off. Charlotte very patiently accompanied us as we had second and third visits around the property and used her own expert knowledge to guide our thought processes. Again, no fuss or flannel, just a highly efficient, professional and friendly approach. Charlotte then dealt with the sale itself through to exchange and an agreed, future, completion date. Charlotte chased up progress with solicitors and the vendor relentlessly (probably with us too!) and kept the whole thing rolling very nicely. At a time when we had doubts about the purchase, Charlotte listened patiently then showed us around another property with no pressure on us at all to make a decision one way or the other, then, when we went back to plan A, ensured the whole thing was back on track again. All in all, we can't speak highly enough of Hoppers in general or Charlotte and Elizabeth in particular. We've all had or heard of bad experiences with estate agents, not with these guys though and they're part of the reason we want to move to Hawes / Gayle. This is how all estate agents should operate!
