I purchased my investment property through this branch and the sale went smoothly. When their lettings team approached me I was pleased with the streamline transition from sales to marketing of the property. I also have other properties managed by other agents in London, as a result, for me to move to Bairstow Eves, it took a little persuasion. Luis Valois the lettings manager was able to offer a very competitive bid and I was very pleased with his efforts to try and secure my property. Other agents whom I met, and arranged to meet, one did not turn up, another gave me an offer which was not worth considering. What I am most impressed with Mr Valois' work was his aim to find me a trustworthy tenant. I could have let the property out earlier (about 3 weeks earlier), I was not completely happy with the tenant initially, but after meeting them, I was more convinced. However, in the end, Mr Valois took the initiative to find me alternative tenants whom he felt I would be happier with, and with a price I aim for. All in all, I am pleased with the whole process. I may have one minor comment, throughout the process, if there was more email communications it would have been even better. However, I totally understand administrative work is time consuming, I am happy that the whole process has been completed from marketing to letting without any setbacks due to my point above. Finally, when I had problems with furniture delivery, the Mr Valois or his team have been extremely helpful in helping with the process. Thank you very much for the hard work efforts and I look forward to a smooth tenancy.
