Marques Estate Agents are an excellent company who put customer service first. I sold a property through them a few years ago and I am now using them again to sell another property. The agent I dealt with is extremely courteous and gives me confidence that he is doing all he can to make my sale as stress free as possible. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

if you can use another agent then do it. Fees are high and unfair. READ SMALL PRINT - end of tenancy fees of 10%, cleaning fees of £180 for a small flat and high upfront admin fees. Awful service. Staffs are no manner. They were very helpful before they received my money. Fees included 'Cleaning Service' but they did not do anything to the property. Spider webs were everywhere.
