The agent was quick to respond and deal with an issue I had regarding noisy neighbours. The problem was resolved efficiently and quickly on the same day as I sent the email. They also left me a message on my phone to let me know it was in hand. I think the agent is very good in respect of things like this and I appreciate the professionalism of the organisation.
Comment on agent fees
I am not particularly happy about having to pay a substantial annual renewal fee to simply have my tenancy agreement updated, especially as I have been a good tenant in the same apartment for many years, but I understand that this is now common practice amongst all estate agents and David Andrew do not charge as much as some others do in this area.
