I have had numerous issues with Peter Alan from the date of moving in over a year ago, these issues have been constantly ongoing and whenever you report a maintenance issue there is a song and dance over it being done, after weeks or even months of constantly phoning and arguing with them they may finally get the work done. They repeatedly use the landlord as the reason for not being able to complete work which they are legally required to undertake to the point that local council services have had to issue the landlord with warnings.
Recently I have been informed that the landlord now refuses to varry out any maintenance work as he has spent to much on the property and instead of supporting the tennent Peter Aland have deemed this an appropriate excuse to breach the legally binding contract that we are in and support the Landlord from avoiding his legal responsibilities.
This company is nothing more than a scam who once they have your money coming in have no interest in supporting or fulfilling their leagl obligations to you, I would avoid Peter Alan and the land lord like the plague in future a company not worth the hassle of doing business with very unprofessional and can't wait to be able to move to a more professional company in the very near future.

Viewed property decided to go for it, I have them all my details and card to pay for Adim fee, and was told I would be updated as to when I can move in. Next morning got a email saying the landlord decided to go with someone else who viewed the property, and was told they tried to contact me but got no answer, when in actua fact I hadn't received any calls all morning. Then when I tried to contact the agency no one would pick up, so decided to go to the office. When I got there they were so rude to me and tried to tell me that even though I told them I wanted it and gave them my details to pay the Adim fee, that I could still lose the property. Yet the day before no one had said anything like that to me
