I wish the Agent would pay more attention to keeping items well maintained plus the way the Tenants uses the Fridge, Washing Machine, furnitures etc and ensure that New Items bought for the Property on behalf of the Landlord are not condemned immediately they are off the Warranty period (12 months) in favour of buying new ones for the Property. That will reduce the expenses of keeping the Tenant and make the Investment Property more worthwhile.

Tottenham branch is managed by Azid, who is toxic and extremely rude. I would not recommend using their services because of him. The rest of the staff are lovely. Ellis and Co also dont have an acceptable complaints policy either....
