I have nothing but praise for Glenn and his team at Belvoir Guildford. This was my first time letting a property, and my initial enquiries with a more traditional High Street agency left a bad taste in my mouth, with hidden charges, and their general smoke & mirrors approach. Thankfully I found Belvoir in time before making a bad decision. They offer very transparent pricing on their website, and a very clear, comprehensive and professional terms of business, ensuring you know exactly what you are getting as a landlord. Glenn carried out a thorough inspection of my property, and I immediately found him very honest, trustworthy, and somebody that I wanted to do business with. My property was put on Rightmove etc the same day, and a tenant was found for me within 3 business days. The whole process has been so straightforward, and I have found Belvoir to be incredibly helpful, and prompt with all payments and requests. I wholeheartedly recommend Belvoir Guildford, particularly for people like me that are new to property letting and are finding their feet. Great service, 5*.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should have inspected the property before the tenants moved in and also rad the inventory which would have highlighted numerous issues. The lack of response from Glenn Wakeham has caused another guarantor to be assertive in emails to Glenn and the Belvior head office. On a separate note, The Property Ombudsman is not fit for task. they admit it takes months to resolve any issue and as a result the MP for Guildford has also been approached about the whole situation. A copy of the inventory and TPO information can be supplied if required. (Note, Inventory is 5mb)Attached Filesnbsp;

Belvoir are dreadful letting agents, who, having taken your money will do nothing for you. Flat was filthy on arrival, needed painting, floor in poor state of repair , bathroom fittings in poor state of repair, shower not working at all, faulty door lock meant could have been locked inside if fire occurred, broken fixtures. You pay for internet service but rarely get any service and if you do much too slow to do anything. Everyone been complaining for months, still no internet.Took months to get ...
