First thought of selling my flat while living so far from it was very nervous. Never had an experience nor used any estate agents before. Decided to search up on internet and found allagents.co.uk where I searched for agents in Edinburgh. Found McQueen Legal which came up with 5 star ratings. Read all reviews and decided to email for a quote and advice. The same night I emailed I got a quick reply back from Mary McQueen which was a surprise. She answered all my questions and an initial quote for selling through McQueen. I was thinking it would be much higher but it was affordable. The final quote clearly stated what costs would be involved. Kerry was the key person who dealt with me. She is very professional, experienced, warm, friendly and welcoming person. I have never met her but from all communications via emails and calls I felt so relaxed going through the whole process. Though there are different staff dealing with different matters but no confusing as each person guided me through clearly. Everything was done online and via emails which was simple and fast. The whole team worked well together and kept me informed every steps. The valuation reflected current market though at the end I sold it under the home report value but I felt it was the best offer. The better offer did come but unfortunately it fell through after 10 minutes. I was very impressed with Kerry's advice and her efforts to achieve the highest possible. I sold my flat within a month. The missives were concluded 4 weeks later. I highly recommend McQueen Legal to everyone who wants a hassle free and first class service. I am also using them for purchasing a new property. They are hard working and very efficient staff. Quick responses and good manners. I give them 5 stars too.
