I have lived in around 10 properties as a student and young professional and this was by far my worst experience. Although the houses seem finished to high quality everything in there was very cheap and broke easily. We had a lot of trouble with the landlords trying to get stuff fixed, the main one being the heating. We were then at the end charged over £3000 (all our deposits) as they had to 'repaint' the house. However this was not true and we left the house in very good condition.
