I lived in Finsbury Park for 6 years and was familiar with the majority of the estate agents, after chattImg with a few of the more popular ones I decided to go with David Andrews as they appeared to have an unparalleled knowledge of the area, competitive pricing and above all genuinely seemed to care about getting the best sale for us. My instincts were right - The guys helped with everything from preparing the flat for photographs to organising a cleaner ahead of completion.
You hear a lot of horror stories about estate agents but Mark and Karl were great - proactive and helpful which made the whole thing relatively seamless even with a 5 month old baby - I thoroughly recommend.
