After viewing a few properties with other agents, our first meeting with Joanne (Jo) at CJ Hole stood out, it was a pleasure. Jo is warm, genuine and easy to talk to. It was clear Jo also had a good relationship with the vendors, and whilst selling is a big part of Jo's role, she was not pushy. As first time buyers we were dreading the house buying process (after hearing horror stories from friends) and were clueless about it all. After placing an offer, and despite it being very late in the day, Jo took the time to sit down with us, talk us through the process and answered all our questions.
After an acceptance on our offer, Kim, the Sales Progressor at CJ Hole, called to introduce herself. Kim has been a huge help and without her we feel things would not have run anywhere near as smoothly. Kim was dealing with a nervous chain at the top end. She kept us update constantly and advised us what we needed to be doing at each stage without piling pressure on. She answered any queries we had and always responded quickly. Kim came across as highly experienced, professional and extremely calm considering the pressure she faced trying to juggle everyone. We can't thank her enough and wouldn't want to do another buy without her!
