Manners Residential have looked after this property for me for over 8 years. During this time any problems affecting the upkeep and maintenance of the property have been quickly and efficiently dealt with by them and all rental payments have been paid to me promptly on time.
This year the flat needed a major re-modernisation to achieve its full rental potential. Manners sourced the various trades required and supervised the speedy completion of all work involved to minimise the void period.
