Being a first time landlord, I undertook a review of a few agents within the area and a mixture of small, medium and large firms. I am impressed with Franklyn James - a right sized firm, not too small to have limited capabilities and not too big for customers to be felt like just a number.

Everyone I have dealt with, including Antaeus Schultz and Aaron Morris have been extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I found the lettings process simple, straightforward and easy.

Franklyn James is very competitively priced and I am impressed to achieve the rental as advised. Lee was realistic but put the rental at its best and this indicates that Franklyn James is very well versed with the area as we managed to achieve it within a reasonable span of time. I had two larger agents valuing my property rental about 10% less with higher fees!

Additionally dealing with Franklyn James couldn't be any easier - they are very flexible and can accommodate to alternative arrangements so very suited to someone who works long hours like myself. Their opening/job hours extend till early evenings and on Saturdays too which not many agents do - I found this very useful. Regardless, staff always respond to emails within the day at the latest.

Of course my review above is solely on the lettings process but I have opted a full management arrangement and look forward to a similar experience on the property management side of things. All in all I look forward to an excellent relationship in the future.
